In LearningSuite, you can now easily create pop-ups via drag and drop and display them specifically to Customers or Employees.

Whether for upsell offers, Google reviews, event announcements, surveys, or live calls – you have full control. Determine who sees your pop-ups, when, and how often. Thanks to real-time insights, you can immediately see who has viewed the pop-up and how they responded.

How to use the new pop-ups:

You can find the feature in the left sidebar under "Pop-ups". A tutorial is also available there to help you get started should you need additional support. To create a pop-up directly, click "Create pop-up".

How to create and manage pop-ups

After clicking the create button, you need to assign an internal name. This name is only visible to you and your team.

Once you have completed your design to your satisfaction, select on the right that visibility should be configured next.

In the next step, select a suitable template. Of course, you can also start without a template and design your pop-up entirely freely yourself.

When designing pop-ups, the building blocks from the page editor are available to you. You can drag and drop them into your pop-up.
This gives you many design options.

How do I control pop-up visibility?

Here, too, you have numerous options for controlling how your pop-up is ultimately displayed to the Users of your platform. Before publishing it, you can check which Users it would ultimately be displayed to.

Before publishing it finally, you define who should see the pop-up. You also specify whether it should be displayed to Members who met the conditions in the past.

Finally, this pop-up is now visible in the list of all pop-ups and activated. Using the buttons in the bar on the far right, you can edit it again, view open statistics, or subsequently delete or deactivate it.
