A completely new email editor to tailor your emails precisely to your brand, and importing thousands of users at once via Excel are just two of the many new features we added in update 1.4.

Groups & bundles in Excel import

We have further simplified transferring users from other platforms. When importing users from an Excel list, you now also have the option to define groups & bundles.

Search & sorting for modules

You now also have the option to search directly for folders and modules and sort them.

Emails have a completely new design

All sent emails have received a design update. These new emails are displayed perfectly in all email programs. With Outlook, however, the logo may not be displayed. This is because Outlook does not load images by default.

Emails have revised default texts

The default texts for all emails have now been revised thanks to a wide range of new variables in the email editor. We recommend resetting all emails and adapting the template as desired.

Email editor has been revised

Every email sent via LearningSuite can be customized to your preferences. Each individual email has different variables that you can access. For example, when receiving a submission, you can now display the name of the Member who sent you the submission directly in the email.

‍New email notification: Course update

You asked for it, and we implemented it for you right away. With a Course update, you now have the option to notify Members of each update by email with an individual message. When you update a Course, you will now find a checkbox asking whether you want to send an email.

Automatic time calculation for lessons

The time for lessons is now calculated automatically based on the media content they contain. This means: If you have audio of 2 minutes and a video of 3 minutes on your page, the page time is automatically a minimum of 5 minutes. Optionally, you can manually add more time, e.g. if you add interactive content, tasks or text.

Resolution for video recording

The resolution for video recording has been significantly optimized. But that's not all: you now also have the option to increase the resolution to 1080p (Full HD). This makes screen recordings better than ever. Just make sure your laptop has the necessary performance :)

Videos in the editor can now be downloaded

Videos can now be downloaded at any time in the editor.

‍Easy desynchronization of modules

You can now decouple modules that you need to modify slightly for certain Courses directly from the other Courses using the "Desynchronize" button. This saves you time, as previously you had to duplicate this module manually.

Numerous optimizations

• Some devices experienced interference frequencies during audio recording. This no longer occurs.
• The video recorder has been optimized in terms of design and is now even easier to use
• The import pop-up for importing modules has been optimized in terms of design
• The maximum rounding in the design settings has been reduced slightly.
• Many minor bug fixes and optimizations to provide you with an even better LearningSuite experience
