Launch of the LearningSuite Academy

With the LearningSuite Academy, we provide you with essential content to help you get the most out of LearningSuite. Every User with access to the admin view can access the LS-Academy.

We are launching the LS-Academy with 3 Courses:

• Become an LS Pro in one hour: Here, you will learn the basics you  need for LearningSuite.
• Content Masterclass: Here, you will learn how to produce effective content, increase Member engagement, and discover lots of tips & tricks.
• E-Learning-Days: In this Course, you will find exclusive insights into the presentations from our E-Learning-Days.

Our Academy will continue to expand in the future. If you have content ideas, feel free to send them to our support team.

Editor for mobile devices

The content editor has been optimized for mobile devices. It is now possible to create content on your smartphone, change the order, add pages, record videos, and much more.

This is ideal for quickly editing content. Please note, however, that the editor's full range of features is only available on desktop devices.

New group: "All Members"

There is now a general group that automatically includes all Members. This allows you to grant all Members access to a Course or a Hub directly, without having to painstakingly add new Members to a group.

Launch of the referral program

LearningSuite's LEARN & EARN program is exclusive to our customers and designed to make referring even more enjoyable for you.

If you know someone who could reach the next level with LearningSuite, click Learn & Earn in the admin Dashboard and use our referral program for great rewards and commissions.

Link Module

There is now an option to add modules that function as links. These links can either be content links to other Courses or static links that can lead to any websites.

Global recycle bin

The global recycle bin lets you restore any content deleted in LearningSuite for up to 60 days. Only owners have the option to permanently delete content from the recycle bin. This ensures that important content cannot be deleted without oversight.

New Icon Chooser 2.0

To make it easier for you to find the right icons, we have completely redesigned the Icon Chooser. The tile view now provides a much better overview of all available icons, making it quicker to find the right icon.

In addition, we have added 150 more icons so that you can select the ideal icon for every use case. If you would like an icon that is not yet available, simply submit your request in the support chat.

Adding Users is now even easier!

The Pop-up for creating new Users as well as the Excel import Pop-up have been drastically optimized.

Instead of selecting groups and Courses in a separate tab, you can now select all types of content in a clear tab layout directly when creating new Members.

Performance improvements

We have made some groundbreaking optimizations under the hood to provide you and your Users with an even smoother experience.

Specifically, this means:

• Statistics load significantly faster than before
• The loading speed of Courses & modules is drastically faster than before

Further improvements:

• Members can now see in the module overview whether there are files or submissions in Lessons.
• Content uploads can now be cancelled directly in LearningSuite.
• The editor preview now reflects the Member view one-to-one, and multiple-choice questions and fill-in-the-blank texts are now simulated correctly.
• Members can now also be filtered by Courses.
