The LearningSuite Community:

Over the past few months, we've been working hard on by far the biggest update in LearningSuite's history.

With this update, we're not only delivering by far the most comprehensive community feature available in the e-learning market, but also a native app for Android, iPhone & iPad.

Like every LearningSuite feature, the Community was built with the goal of being immediately intuitive, feeling incredibly good to use, and being lightning-fast.

Combined with all the features needed for the perfect community, this update provides you with the complete solution to build the ultimate learning platform as a coach, agency, or company:

Smarter & Personalized Feed

The LearningSuite Community is the first in the e-learning sector to use AI algorithms similar to those of major social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram, thereby creating the same addictive stimuli.

Our personalized feed is a sophisticated recommender algorithm that ensures your users always find relevant posts tailored to their personal interests.

Comprehensive Forum Functionality

We've developed a unique forum functionality that allows you to perfectly structure your community for your specific use case.

We offer 3 types of forums:

​1. Announcement Forums

These forums are exclusively for admins to inform users about important news, such as live calls, new courses, events, or other updates.

Only admins can create posts here, and all users immediately receive a push notification as soon as a new post is published.

2. Feed Forums

Similar to a Facebook group, both admins and community members can post here — with images, videos, background graphics, files, or links to content from your courses.

3. Discussion Forums

These forums are specifically designed for in-depth discussions, similar to traditional forums. You can write long posts here, which can be enriched with multiple images, graphics, videos, and text formatting options.

Branding:

As you've come to expect from LearningSuite, you can fully customize your community to match your brand. Choose your header style, define colors, fonts, and corner rounding, and design your community to perfectly fit your branding. Additionally, you can add custom profile fields, set an individual admin color, and determine how member profiles are displayed in posts.

This clearly sets you apart from other communities and makes the platform your very own personal network.

Engagement

When it comes to Engagement , we've also implemented new features. With the Boost mechanism, you as an admin can highlight your users' posts. They are prioritized in the algorithm and simultaneously distinguished by a visible marker in the post – the perfect combination of reach and recognition.

Additionally, there's now a follow function: users can follow each other and receive push notifications as soon as someone they follow publishes new content. This creates a whole new incentive for engaging posts and interactions.

Gamification Features

Our gamification mechanismprovides even more motivation. Users collect points through likes and comments on their posts and level up step by step. The levels are completely customizable – from names and colors to custom icons.

Optionally, you can also award badges: awards that represent special achievements or contributions, such as a "Top Contributor" badge. This makes every post an opportunity to be seen and recognized in your community.

Moderation

Of course, you always maintain full control with our moderation features. You can specify that posts must be reviewed before they go live.

Users have the option to report content, and if a post receives too many reports, it is automatically blocked until your team decides on its further release. This keeps your community clean, professional, and free from spam.

Access Management

Finally, there's also the access management. Individual members or entire groups can be specifically granted access to forums, areas, or badges.

This is ideal if you work with departments, bundles, or very large communities. You can also grant your team specific access to certain topics so they can act as experts there.

LearningSuite App:

The LearningSuite App is a native app for Android & Apple devices. With this app, you, your customers, and your employees will have the perfect LearningSuite experience directly on your smartphone.

The biggest new feature of our native app is push notifications. They are crucial for keeping your community vibrant: With every new post, like, or reaction, you and your members immediately receive a notification. This keeps engagement in your community consistently high.

But the app doesn't just benefit the community. The entire LearningSuite experience has been optimized for mobile use – from viewing your content and hubs to videos and much more.

To help you actively promote the app to your members and customers, we've added a dedicated setting in the settings menu.

Through this, you can easily send an email notification or a pop-up within LearningSuite to all your members and customers.

All you need to do is: Go to Settings --> My LearningSuite --> App. There, you have the option to send a pop-up within LearningSuite to your members as soon as you're ready!
